Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Good Enough Labs ("we") for the closet app. By using closet you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Your account

closet starts with an anonymous account on your phone. Save it with Apple or Google to keep your closet if you change or reset your phone. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13, and old enough in your country to buy a subscription if you buy one.

Your photos and content

What you add stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to our providers only to run closet's features for you: cutting out pieces, tagging them, suggesting looks and generating try-ons. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Only add photos you have the right to use. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission, and don't use closet to create images of someone else.

AI results

Tags, look suggestions and try-on images are generated by AI. They can be wrong, and a try-on is an approximation of how clothes may look, not a promise of fit or size. Use your own judgment.

Free use, pro and credits

• The free plan includes up to 30 pieces, 10 style suggestions a month and 3 try-on credits.
• closet pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. It removes the piece limit, raises the style limit and adds 20 try-on credits every month. Monthly credits don't roll over.
• A try-on uses one credit. If it fails, the credit comes back. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

We may change what the free plan and pro include. Changes won't affect a period you've already paid for.

Fair use

Don't break the law with closet, try to get around its limits, overload or probe our servers, or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending

You can stop using closet and delete your account at any time from settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

No guarantees

closet is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren't responsible for closet or its support. If you got closet from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies, and Apple may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Using closet after that means you accept the new terms.
